Eight-8-Ate Holdings, Inc. is a growing food and restaurant operator, established in September 2018 with the acquisition of the Conti's, a premium casual dining restaurant, and was formalized in June 2019. In November 2019, Wendy's Philippines was also acquired, making Eight-8-Ate the master franchisee of Wendy's, a quick service/fast-food restaurant, in the Philippines.
