About Eight8Ate Holdings, Inc.
Eight8Ate Holdings, Inc. is Udenna's venture into the growing Food and Restaurant sector. The Company was established in May 2018 with the acquisition of the Conti's, a premium casual dining restaurant, and was formalized in June 2019. Wendy's Philippines was also acquired same year, making Eight8ate the master franchisee of Wendy's, a quick service/fast-food restaurant, in the Philippines.
As of June 2024, Conti's and Wendy's have 74 and 70 stores in its store portfolio, respectively. At the helm of Eight8Ate is Mr. Joey R. Garcia, a seasoned global restaurateur who brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the field. He is supported by a strong senior management team with various experiences in the different segments of the food business.
