MASUMA Food Industry, Inc.
Opened on November 16, 2006, MASUMA Food Industry, Inc. is the commissary plant of Conti's Bakeshop and Restaurant and has proven its capability to serve as the backbone of its growth by ensuring consistent production of high-value food products and best-in-class quality. Within the facility of MASUMA, houses 3 production lines specializing in Bread and Pastry Goods, Cakes and Salads, Meats and Seafood (cooked/uncooked frozen and/or chilled).
In 2019, MASUMA managed its 2nd commissary in Marikina City serving Wendy’s Philippines as part of its acquisition as master franchisee in the Philippines. On December 2020, MASUMA opened its second commissary plant based in Bacolor, Pampanga serving Conti’s north cluster and for business continuity to support store expansion.
In April 2024, Masuma obtained its FSSC 22000 certification signifying its commitment to food safety and quality.
