Opened on November 16, 2006, MASUMA Food Industry, Inc. is the commissary plant of Conti's Bakeshop and Restaurant and has proven its capability to serve as the backbone of its growth by ensuring consistent production of high-value food products and best-in-class quality. Within the facility of MASUMA, houses 3 production lines specializing in Bread and Pastry Goods, Cakes and Salads, Meats and Seafood (cooked/uncooked frozen and/or chilled). On December 2020, MASUMA opened its second commissary plant based in Bacolor, Pampanga which produces Conti's cake products servicing Conti's stores in Pampanga, Bulacan and other North stores of Conti's.
